Mission Statement

How many times have you bought something that you ended up never using, and thrown it away in exasperation years later when you found it at the bottom of a drawer? It happens to the best of us. But what if those things didn’t end up in a landfill?

Here at Gold Soul Design, I create from what’s already been created… call it a mixtape of resources, if you will. Sometimes, I start with an idea for a product, and ask myself: what existing or recyclable materials can be used to create this? Other times, I spy an item that’s seen better days and inspiration for its second life strikes me. Either way, I put sustainability at the forefront of every design.

If I need virgin (newly manufactured) materials, I make sure to source them responsibly. Wherever possible, I buy our supplies from locally owned or small businesses.
